Dr. Roland Houle began to work as a volunteer ophthalmologist for OFPHIL in January, 1998, immediately after his retirement from the active clinical practice of ophthalmology in Massachusetts. He started later the same year to become affiliated with Restoring Sight International, Inc. and was appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
